Sourcing Manager- High tech and sourcing combined!

As a Sourcing Manager at Tobii you will be a part of our global team working closely together with R&D, Product Management, NPI and Supply Chain Management.
The position is located in Stockholm at Tobii headquarters with great opportunity to travel. You will have the possibility to drive sourcing activities and influence a fast-growing organization.

The role and responsibilities

The Sourcing department at Tobii is a part of the global operations team, a group function supporting all Tobii Business Units. The team handles project sourcing as well as strategic sourcing. As Sourcing Manager your days will be filled with:

• Project Sourcing
• Supplier Selection
• Cost management
• RFx process
• Category lead
• Risk Assessment
• Agreement Management
• Supplier Governance


We are looking for someone who

• Has around 5 years of experience within strategic sourcing and/or project sourcing within the tech-industry
• Has experience in driving RFx processes, managing supplier relationships, supplier governance, procurement methods, contract negotiations and risk management
• Has experience from working in cross-functional teams
• Proven record of driving supplier qualification and selection in technical development projects
• Is fluent in English
• Possess strong commercial skills

We find it to be a merit if you have worked within sourcing disciplines as category management, supplier relationship management and project sourcing and with several categories, preferably within direct material. As a person we believe you have good analytical skills with the ability to convey a message.
