Global Product Manager - to unravel human behavior


New year! New job? Join us as our new Global Product Manager and continue the journey with us to help unravel natural human behavior in the academic sector. As Global Product Manager you will be working from our headquarters in Stockholm together with our stellar Product Management team in an international setting. A perfect role for you who has a genuine interest in building business based on high-tech products, in a role where you can both develop and grow new software products on to the market!

The role and responsibilities

You will be defining the product vision, concept, and strategy, to the execution of products within R&D, Marketing and Support with the goal of deliver products that amaze our customers. 

Your days will be filled with

  • Being responsible for your product portfolio. Beginning with Tobii Pro Lab, which is Tobii Pro’s core software product.
  • Product Management in a global setting, e.g. define, prioritize, and strengthen your portfolio. Including price strategies, segmentation, and communication regarding your portfolio.
  • Engaging with customers to understanding how they work and how they want to interact with Tobii Pro – from the high-level to the nitty-gritty details

We are looking for someone who has

  • M.Sc. in Engineering or Business.
  • Around 5 years of working experience (at least 2 years as Product Manager).
  • Proven track record of accomplishments as Product Manager for B2B software, preferably from academic and/or med-tech segments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (incl. presentation skills) and collaborative skills. 
  • A business orientated mind and a love for technology.

It is a plus if you also have experience from portfolio management where you managed many products in an international setting.
