Tobii HR

Tobii is the world leader in eye tracking – a technology that allows a computer to tell exactly where a person is looking. Tobii has pioneered research in many fields and enabled communication for tens of thousands of people with special needs. We also focus on integrating our eye tracking technology into mass market products such as VR, laptops and games. Headquartered in Stockholm Tobii covers the global market with offices in USA, China, Japan, Germany, Norway, UK and South Korea. If you want to work with meaningful products and solve interesting problems, then we might be the right company for you!

Diversity & Learning Specialist

Tobii is eager to embrace yet another colleague to the global HR team – someone with the combined interests of “inclusion thriver” and “learning nerd”. You will be part of a highly ambitious team with a team-first-and-make-it-real-attitude.

The global HR team tirelessly work every day to attract top talents to Tobii and even more importantly – making sure Tobii is a home away from home, and where every Tobiian is all that they can be. With our high ambitions and big hearts, we make it possible for Tobiians to deliver the coolest humanized technology there is on the entire planet, changing both industries and lives!

The role as Diversity & Learning Specialist will have two main responsibilities.

You will be responsible for diversity and inclusion related policies, processes and initiatives in the Swedish Tobii office. With 49 different birth countries in Sweden and 30% women in the company, we are quite proud, but we are not at all satisfied! It is possible that we in the medium/long term also take a global ambition on inclusion and you would then be the natural owner. You will put Tobii on the map as a company with diversity on the top of our agenda!

When it comes to Learning, you will own the formalized Learning & Development initiative at Tobii but also inherit a set of already started and running initiatives. We are very curious on micro learning and enabling employee learning communities, and other types of peer-to-peer learning experiences.

The role and responsibilities

Your will spend your Tobii days as

  • Project Manager in the Diversity Group with representatives from employees. Here, you will drive and facilitate overall plan, context and structure for the initiatives decided within the group.
  • Internal first point of contact for diversity related questions and responsible for the legal requirements, such as the annual salary gap analysis.
  • You will be the owner of Tobii Uni, where we deliver and develop internal trainings.
  • You will be tied to the hip with Tobii’s HR Partners and business stakeholders to identify learning needs. And of course drive, design and deliver fun and playful learning experiences.
  • Enabling and empowering employee learning communities, and other types of peer-to-peer learning experiences.

We’re looking for someone who

  • has an academic degree in a relevant discipline.
  • has previous experience working professionally with diversity or a proven extraordinary interest and engagement in the spare time.
  • is used to facilitate meetings and to collaborate in diverse teams.
  • has experience from working with Learning & Development and a strong urge to create fun and easy accessible ways of developing skills!
  • is excellent at managing small to medium projects, from A to Z.
  • is fluent in English.

As a person you have a strategic ability but non-hierarchical roll up sleeve attitude. You have a networking personality and an encouraging and democratic leadership approach. You get thrilled from running into challenges and you handle discussions and challenges in a constructive and humble way.

At Tobii we want you to be yourself and we welcome applicants from all walks of life. No matter if you wear biker boots or sneakers, or if you spend your nights trying to put all your children to sleep or if you prefer playing Dungeons & Dragons with your colleagues. Welcome to Tobii!
